Hayley is excited to start her career as a real estate professional. Having a previous job in phone sales she quickly realized that she was able to build extremely strong rapport with people and amazing relationships. Hayley always had a keen desire for real estate and loves the idea of helping client’s buy and sell their biggest investment. She also realizes what a great responsibility this is and strives to overachieve on all of her client’s expectations. Now after obtaining her real estate license, she is going to be making that a reality. Hayley has several unique skills that will help her in her real estate journey. Some of the many attributes that Hayley brings to the table are that she is goal oriented, driven, kind, compassionate and very outgoing.
Hayley was born and raised in the Durham Region and this is her main focus of her real estate career. She not only knows the area, but she lives in the area as well. Hayley has been a resident of the Durham Region her whole life and endeavours to help Buyer’s and Seller’s within the Durham Region and beyond! Hayley also has a background in 911 dispatching. Not only does this allow her to treat every individual conversation with the upmost care and responsibility, she is also able to pick up on the sense of urgency of the client’s needs. Her ability to act quickly and decisively will be key when helping her client’s make educated decisions for the best results possible.
Hayley is constantly learning and evolving. She is up on the current market trends so that she can explain to her client’s what the real estate market is doing by staying on top of it. Besides being very excited about helping Buyer’s purchase and helping Seller’s sell, Hayley is also excited to help first time Buyer’s obtain home ownership. She realizes full well what an important milestone it is for first time Buyer’s buying their first property and she does not take that lightly.
Hayley has an infectious personality and is extremely easy to have a good relationship with. She has a huge heart and really cares about her client’s and the end result. Working with Hayley you will always get 100% because this is who she is. This will enable her to build lifelong relationships with all of her client’s that will stand the test of time.
